We'd love to 'welcome you aboard our unforgettable seaside cottage'.
INCLUSIONS:
All bedding & linen supplied, with bed/s all made up nicely for you with commercially pressed, fresh white linen (electric blankets fitted :), so when you arrive you can just drop your bags and relax!
Due to COVID and the health and safety of our guests, we now give guests the option to supply their own personal towelling (i.e. bath towels, hand towels, face washers etc). |
Most guests on a short stay like to just relax and avoid as many domestic duties as possible but should you decide to cook or reheat, there is a well equipped kitchen with many basic kitchen staples provided eg...olive oil, salt/pepper/spices, paper towel, wrap/foil etc. If you enjoy your hot beverages, a quality coffee pod machine is supplied along with a quantity of pods (Nespresso type) along with an assortment of teas and instant coffee.
Although there is a small range of DVD's, with Blu-ray player, there is good WiFi. The TV is not a smart TV, but has a Chromecast device attached so you can watch Netflix, Stan etc. (you just need to download the 'GoogleHome' App). There's also some CD’s, games, books/magazines plus brochures/pamphlets/maps for the area.
Everything is there for you.
The cottage will normally be either heated or cooled for your arrival to ensure your comfort. |

Tariffs are valid at time of posting. We reserve the right to review and change prices to keep up with CPI and cost increases so please confirm at time of booking.
Please let us know if you are taking up a promotional offer or redeeming any vouchers.
Infants (not yet walking) stay free but you must supply your own Porta-cot, bedding and highchair. A stair gate can be fitted if necessary.
Minimum bookingis are two nights, unless a single night is available between existing bookings, and then a surcharge of $70 applies.
Minimum three (or four nights) on long weekends and a one-week minimum (negotiable) during Christmas school holidays.
BOOKINGS
To book your dates we require a 50% securing deposit with the balance payable just prior to your stay, along with a refundable security bond of $250. Payments can be made by EFT. The bond is refunded to you on satisfactory return of the cottage.
INSURANCE
For longer stays, particularly during the fire danger period of Summer, we suggest and recommend 'COVERMORE' Insurance.
CONDITIONS & CANCELLATION POLICY
On securing a booking you agree to abide by our terms and conditions.
Should unforeseen circumstances require cancellation, all efforts will be made to fill the vacancy so no losses are incurred. The more notice given, the greater the chance of filling the vacancy. If and when the vacancy is filled, a full refund will be paid less $50 admin fee.
If a cancellation is due to snap COVID-19 restrictions, then our usual cancellation policy does not apply and a full refund of any deposit and/or payment will be made less an admin fee of $50.
Should you need to cancel due to testing positive or are a close contact, then our standard cancellation policy applies.
Guests are expected to respect our property and pay for any damages, breakages and extraordinary cleaning, eg. grimy crockery, cutlery, pots/pans found placed back into cupboards or drawers will require everything being pulled out and checked and will incur extra charges.
Oven, microwave, BBQ etc, must be cleaned if used.
We ask that food or beverages not be consumed in the bedroom as accidental spillages can cause damage and/or extra cleaning charges.
